Fussy & Fancy DT card- Christmas Colors

((Quick Reminder- Stamping Vacation- Blog Hop Sept 25th & 26th- TONS o' prizes to be won! ))

For the next two weeks at Fussy & Fancy we are asking you to:
Use Christmas Colors (but does NOT have to be a Christmas Card).
Reds & Greens .
Blues,Whites & Silvers.
Make a Christmas card if you want, but it doesn't have to be!
How does that sound?
How about this.....we are being sponsored by

A $15.00 gift voucher for their store! Do u know what they have there?
Now I know you wanna join us!

At first I was at a loss (because I wanted to create something NON-Christmas),
then my MOJO took over and we have my red & green NON-Christmas card.
I got this Sweet Pea image from my "girlfriend" on one of the other DT's I am on.
She was kind enuf to loan me a couple, as I was curious to see what I could do with them & I am so super happy with the way she turned out! [Mwah, thanks chicky : ) ]

Papers are from two different CTMH paper packs. Red & white flowers are Prima & the green one in the middle is Wild Orchid. My green leaf ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbons! I LOVE the ribbons they offer in their monthly ribbon club !

bwahhahaa..............I just noticed on my second pic here a pink letter L above my butterfly. This is not supposed to be here, but the container of sticky letters my son plays with fell on my card and it stuck....I didn't even notice til just now while making this post. LOL (see it's not in the first pic)

I decided to make an aperture card. I had never done one before & was dying to try it out since seeing it done a few times around blogland including from my blogging buddy Dora! Thanks for the inspiration!
Sentiment is SU as are the scallop & butterfly punches .

Head on over the Fussy & Fancy Challenge blog & check out the other DT's inspirations!
Can't wait to see you there.

Challenges for my card:
Sketch & Stash- sketch (image is new - to me)
Corrosive Challenge- old olive & real red
Charisma Cardz Challenge- something never tried before (aperture card)
Stamp Insanity- it happens in 3's- 3 heart eyelets, 3 flowers
