I have done a couple of firsts here with my card today.

This is the first time I ever used a line of ribbon roses. I can't recall where I got them from....I just told my friend what to order & she did, then they were there and OMG I quickly realized how cool & handy all these roses are; linked all together! Very neat indeed!
Also, I made a little frame around my Tilda girl.
How? Well I'm so glad you asked...I explain how a little further down (with pictures to show you cuz it's kinda hard to explain)
Finally, I added some frost glimmer mist spray to my card, once it was all compiled.
I wasn't sure how it would look & I probly should have practiced spraying a sample piece of paper first, but in the end, I REALLY like how it turned out!

The ribbon leaves are from Really Reasonable Ribbons & the pins are homemade by me!
The sentiment is from Bizzy Becs On-Line store.
I figured this card would be used for Valentines day or a Wedding.

Now for my frame around Tilda:
Step #1 & #2- get your supplies (missing from my photo are scissors), then punch an edge off the paper you want to make the frame with (mine is the brown paper)

Step #3- cut the edge off the punched paper. Normally one would leave a little excess paper beyond the punched edge, but in this case you want to cut right over the punched edge (as close to the whole piece of paper as possible.

Step #4 & #5- add your two sided tape to the back of your image & start placing the open end of the punch to your already shaped stamped image.

the pic below is the back of the pic above.

and just continue doing this front & back alternating technique with your punched edge until your whole image is surrounded.

Now I don't know if  it'll work for every single punch, but for this particular MS punch, it worked just dandy!

So do you remember why your here in the first place?

A beautiful card Corry, love the muted colours and the opulence of all the roses. I can see this card going to someone very special. I love the frayed rose ribbon, they are my favourite kind of fabric flower at the moment.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful card with us at Creative Cowgirls Challenge. :-) xx
