Seriously, have you seen the new releases at Tickled Pink Stamps. If not, you must go check them out. They are the Lil Victorian Steampunk line & they are wicked cool. They are also only available in rubber UNLESS YOU HAVE STOPPED BY DURING DIGI-WEEK (starts 15th of each month).....then you can buy them is digi format too!
This little lady is called Lil Victorian Lolita Lilith .
I decided to make a bookmark with her to give to my nursing student. When working nightshifts with her I noticed that she likes to read alot, so I hope she will get lotsa use out of this. I used my brand new set of nesties (gift from my BFF for my birthday) to cut her out & I added embellies galore. OH ME and MY EMBELLIES! I LOVE them!
The vintage filmstrip sentiments are freebies from Bizzy Becs, that I crumpled, sprayed, sponged & glittered to the max!
This bookmark was inspired by : the current Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge of Vintage Colors, the Make it Colorful Challenge of making a dotty background, the Kaboodle Doodles Challenge of tictactoe (digi, diecut, glitter), the Pile it On Challenge- boys & girls come out to play, the Creative Craft World challenge of anything but square, DigiDesign House- anything but a card & Cute Card Thursday of distressing.

This is fantabulous! A very Australian slant with this bookmark (Tickled Pink, Bizzy Becs and Make it Colourful all Aussies, yay!) I did make it to digi week, so I'll be cracking my Evie, Eric and Lilith out very soon. I don't know if I should now, having seen how gorgeous these stamps can be when "done" properly :-) Dee
