Some Odd Stitching

This is post #2 for today!

Welcome to another ODD day!
We were soooooooooooo happy so may people could come out and participate in our paper piecing theme over the past two weeks!! We hope to see just as many, if not more creations this week! YAHOO!!
For the next fortnight at Some Odd Girl  we want to see your

STITCHING

Make it real or make it faux. Whatever you do......make it fabulous!

I have chosen the image Kite Flyin' Tobie which can be found over at the Some Odd Girl Store. I don't know what's with me lately......I am totally in love with making creations for boyz. Maybe cuz I have two little guys......perhaps they are my inspiration! I made a kite shaped card with a ton o' stitching. Including the word HIGH 5. YUP, it's stitched. But don't ask me how long it took to get it stitched the proper way! LOL That was a feat!
I used my baker's twine for the centers parts of the kite as well as for the tail ends.
I had alot of fun making this card!

Are you inspired yet!?!? If not, then hop on over to the SOG Challenge Blog for some more GREAT inspiration! They will knock the stitches right out of your socks, that's for sure!

This creation can be found on my galleries here:
