Striking back..........with a Tilda card

~~"Oh where, o where has my mojo-ey gone, o where, o where could it be"~~

It's been WAY too long since posting a card, but the weather has been so nice that I seemed to have misplaced my MOJO, but alas, I would not see of it anymore. I am striking back with a Tilda Card.

I started it last night at 9 pm & completed it at 11 pm, whilst hubby & I chinwagged (visited), as we have not seen each other a whole heck-of-a-lot in the past few days, He's been very busy, as have I with trying to keep all my kids occupied. As for what we've been up to, your just gonna have to stick around til the end of the post.

I can honestly say that Tilda images scared me. Yet after doing 2 half decent efforts lately, I can now honestly say they are fun to do!
I m entering my card into Magnolia Down Under Challenge where you are to pick a seasonal card. I obviously chose winter/Christmas. Although you can't see it that well, she is holding a mistletoe.....I used my cutting knife to cut it out. I used the sketch from MOJO Monday (since mine WUZ missing afterall).....to get me started.

I am also entering my card into Christmas Stampin' All Year Long (bling it up- not very much bling, but still some), Stamping Vacation (a very vintage Christmas [use a paper doily] )  , Magical Crafts Challenge (Christmas In July- LAST CHALLENGE), Aud Sentiments (Chose a Christmas sentiment), Papertake Weekly (Cutie Patootie-anything goes)  & Creative Cottage (touchy feely- ribbon is very soft & I stitched some edges). I seemed to have missed all the Christmas in July challenges what with my mojo gone missing & all!! LOL
***********************************************************
Anywho, as for what we've been up to. The pic below is NOT what we did, rather these were handpicked by my hubby's 79 yr old father. He is a real go-getter, always in his shop fixing one thing or another, or out in the fields riding his quad & picking blueberries!! YUMMY YUM YUM!

Took me two days to wash them all!
As for the kids & I . I did some long put off laundry piles & we got to the local swimming pool a couple times. What used to be a 'hop in the car & go event' is now an 'Olympic Sport'. [ get the swimmer, bring a diaper, bring a change of clothes for the kids, put on sunscreen, don't forget the babies hat, what about the lifejackets & swimming aids, shoes on, in the van & off we go.........oops forgot the kids!! LOL]

Supposed to rain here for the next couple days, so hopefully I can get some cards done!!
Thanks for stopping by!
