3rd Corrosive GDT creation........it's a birthday

I'm back! This week at the Corrosive Challenge we want to see Birthday creations. For my GDT card this week I used a couple of images from  Mo's Digital Pencil. I just love her images & these two just popped out at me screaming 'buy me, buy me'. I purchased them after completing the blog hop involving Mo &  the MIC DT's! It was a carnival extravaganza with loads of A-M-A-Z-I-N-G images & inspiration.
I digress, the first image, Cotton Candy,  was available for $1.00 (during the hop) with proceeds going to Make a Wish Foundations.  This little girly image is so sweet, no pun intended.  haha

On the inside of my card, I have used another of Mo's images called Angelina's Balloon . Don't mind the stickles in the pic, it's the only way the card would stay folded the other way while standing! Isn't she adorable too?!! Next pic is a close up.

The balloons and celebrate block letters are from my scrapbooking stash! Oh the yummy stuff you find  when you've completely forgot about it! haha I tried to use papers that were bright & fun. All are misc from my stash. Also, both images are colored with copics (for skin tones) and  watercolor pencils, blending stumps & baby oil for everything thing else!

We'd love to see your birthday creations over at the Corrosive Challenge Blog this week. So pop on over cuz you gotta be in it to win it right?!!

Challenges for my card:
Mo's Challenge blog- here comes summer
Really Reasonable Ribbons- anything goes
Bee Crafty- birthday for little ones
Crafts & Me- punches
Art Impressions Stamps- decorate the inside
The Crafty Pad- holes
CLP - sketch (see below)

This card is just adorable!!! I love the image with the humungous stick of cotton candy (mmm a real weakness of mine!) and the static filled balloon girl inside. Your colouring is so lovely and really suits the images. The alpha beads are such a fun accent.
Thanks for sharing! :)
