Good Morning! How are you all this fine morning! We are celebrating the last of the Canada Day celebrations here in Canada. We had a parade on Friday, the fair on Saturday followed by fireworks at dusk! Lotsa fun to be had and junk to be eaten! Yay!
Let's get to it shall we.
This fortnight at Totally Tilda we want to see your creations: DISTRESSED
Use some ripping , sponging, crackle paint, tearing, crumpling, spraying with water, smudging, whatever you do to distress, use it and get it into Totally Tilda but don't forget to
HAVE A TILDA FRONT & CENTER ~
I knew exactly what I wanted to do when this challenge presented itself and I think I pulled it together just like my vision with the help of some newly acquired Tim Holtz grungeboard shapes and crackle effects (on the windows)!
I sponged & glittered up the Tim Holtz swirls, added crackle paint to the shape at the top of the card that the charm is hanging from.......I ripped my edges with my Tim Holtz distressing tool and sponged all the edges of all my papers. If this isn't distressed, I don't know what is !
The window image was stamped & I used my craft knife to cut out the window parts but leaving the panes in place......does that make sense?
What isn't distressed is pretty lil Tilda sitting inside the window!
